The Country Duck

Our 1st road trip since closing the shop to Monterey. On our way, we had to stop at Casa de fruta to pick up some dried apricots, always so yummy. We had lunch at Café Fina on the Wharf and talked to the owner, who also has a home in Los Banos and an almond ranch. He grows produce on the ranch and harvests it for the restaurant. After our bellies were full, we did some shopping with an almost 15 year old granddaughter Karli. Now I am exhausted and broke but had such a good time.
