Chef Justin is from Indonesia and has spent the last 6 years learning from master Chef Sang Yoon at Lukshon in Culver City, Chef Wolfgang Puck at Spago Beverly Hills, Tres by Chef Jose Andres at SLS Hotels in Beverly Hills, and Cavatina by Chef Michael Schlow at Sunset Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood. With his interpersonal skills and management style, Tom brings to the Front of the House a friendly and warm environment focusing on customer care and customer satisfaction.
