Catherine Fulmer is a womenswear designer from NYC residing in Los Angeles, with over a decade of experience in fashion, clothing design, arts, the ups, the spills, and rock n roll. Fulmer attended the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC and quickly moved on to create custom made garments, which were quickly noticed and worn by A-List celebrities.
