AR Contracting is the best waterproofing company in the city of Los Angeles. Johnny is knowledgable and personable and holds multiple certificates that ensure the solutions to your drainage and waterproofing projects are unrivaled. He is now working on a second project at the condominium complex in Pasadena that I live in. The first was completed in 2022 and involved waterproofing to the foundation, adding a French drain, sump pump, waterproofing around windows, and adding a stucco sweep. He knew exactly what to do and how to get it done. His workmanship and craft are impeccable. He is doing the same thing on a different part of the building this year. He always picks up his phone and can explain what needs to be done in 10 different ways. He has no problem doing this until you the client, the HOA board, the city, or your concerning relative understands how his recommendations are going to work and why each step is necessary for the success of the waterproofing and or drainage problem. I can not recommend him enough.

We used A R Contracting in early January 2023 for an issue we had with some flooding into one of our condo units, which appeared to be coming from a drain that had hairline cracks in it.

Johnny took our inquiry and job very seriously, despite the fact that I'm sure he could have been at 20 other jobs with all the rain we were having at that time.

He provided some temporary to temporary/permanent fixes to stop the leaking from several different locations, all while we work on a more permanent fix.

He communicated with me every step of the way, was very professional (not only him but the people who worked for him as well) and he charged what I thought was a reasonable price for an emergency request.

Hired to waterproof. Found holes. Now off to put it back together
