An upgrade project for one of our valued clients.

We would like to inform you of our annual network maintenance where we go through each of our networking gear and run operating system and security patch updates. These types of maintenance unfortunately do have intermittent network outages.

Reason for Work: Upgrading the operating system and running security patches to insure the continued viability of our network.
Outages: We will do our best to minimize the length of network outages but if they do occur, please allow intermittent 15-30 minutes of network outages to happen. In worst case scenarios we will try to maximize the outage to 60 minutes long.
