As everyone knows, tomorrow 4/22 is Earth day! Let's take a minute to think about the way we can help Mother Earth.

Here's a list from our Humans R Beautiful team:

1. Use less of everything. Less plastic, less electricity, less water, less gas, buy less of everything. By consuming less we lessen the overall impact of waste.

2. Say no to plastic bags and to straws. This is an easy one that we can all do. Take your re-usable totes to the grocery store and when shopping for basically anything. When going out to eat say no to straws, they add up and end up in our beautiful ocean.

3. Compost. An excellent way to dispose your organic waste from cooking. This one is a bit more complex, you might want to google how to compost if you're not familiar with this process.

4. Recycle your glass containers so you can use them to save grains, tea, spices and everything in your kitchen. Also, recycle in your house, many cities offer recycle bins, make sure you are using them properly!
