We’re excited to share that Rising has closed on the refinancing of The Row at Stafford, Texas, with California Bank & Trust.
The new financing provides an additional $700,000 for property and tenant improvements, as well as leasing costs, while reducing our existing debt service payments by approximately 23%.
It’s a great step forward for The Row and gives us more flexibility to continue investing in the property and supporting its long-term success. 📈
