On Saturday, July 29th, FUTRA presents SUPER FUTURE, a one-day multimedia event featuring over 40 visual artists, performers, and musicians at the LOT 613 warehouse gallery.

In its most visionary show to-date, SUPER FUTURE enters into the awakening of our electronic prophecies. The idea manifests both the specter and reverie of our imagined future. Immerse yourself in an evening of retro-future and future-forward artwork - integrating avant-garde art and design, computers, circuits, artificial intelligence, imagined realities, cyber fashion, alternate landscapes, and re-purposed, hacked, experimental and new technology. SUPER FUTURE fashion is encouraged.

On the Winter Solstice of 2016, we produced a paganism-themed photo shoot titled Echo Mountain. This shoot was conceptualized, directed, and shot by Nereida J Villarreal. We’re happy to announce it has been chosen to be in FO**LE Magazine Issue 06. From this experience Nereida was inspired to push her ideas further and start a creative agency under the name of Ysidras. This agency is a collective and a parallel brand to Futra, a platform for artists of all disciplines to conceptualize a statement, style, or movement. Offering consulting, branding, and visual design services to artists and companies.
