Husky Alert! 💖😇
These 3 from Southern California made their way to Colorado… Ghost, Nakoa (formerly Duke) and Koda ( formerly Alison) and they are living their best lives! Seeing snow for the first time and in their element meeting new friends and getting siblings!

Ghost was found in the desert asking for help in 117 degree weather at a gas station and was rescued by us. Duke who is now Nakoa was in the shelter for 6 months ( thankfully kept alive what a brave and strong boy who was so kind and stayed in good health) and Alison was in the desert shelter on her last days! We were able to save them all with the support of many and get them transported to Colorado at 2 different times. They have new names and new amazing lives and homes!

Rescue is expensive and time consuming with many logistics and we all need help!

He’s HOME!

Nakoa Duke ( means Brave One) - Duke from the West Valley Shelter ( 6 months!) waited patiently somehow.. did not give up and was kind and tolerant and brave. We are so happy to say he is home! He left Los Angeles and went on a 2 day journey to Colorado along with “ Allison” another shelter Husky who was extremely urgent and was freed from the Coachella Valley shelter. Both dogs arrived safely this evening and were so thankful that they are in their loving homes! Nakoa is so relaxed and is roaming and feeling safe. A new life begins. To have such a sad start and 2-3 years old, he lost a good portion of time in the shelter but was lucky to survive there. And when rescued went into the unknown in transport yet was trusting all the way through…. What patience and grace he shows !! Nakoa Duke… we love you! 💖 #siberianhusky #husky #rescue

This is our second plea ( ! ) as we are trying to rehome adorable Charlie who will be losing his adoptive family soon. We will consider a new home out of the the Los Angeles area ( where he is) with consultation / home check.

I’m Charlie. I’m losing my home! I was adopted 5 1/2 years ago after my life was saved by Voices Out when I was barely a year old from a dire situation at the shelter. Now of no fault of my own , my family that adopted me, can no longer keep me.

🤎I’m a good boy and I have all my vaccines and a recent vet visit including blood work.

🤎I’ve been microchipped and neutered.

🤎I love to play outside but I also love cuddling with a blanket. I am having to start all over again and it’s very sad but I will be so happy to find a stable home.

🤎I’m approximately 45 lbs and between 6 and 7 and I am an Australian Kelpie. Thank you for reading.
