Chroma was founded by Callie Shields, who trained closely with Norman Jean Roy for five years, holding the positions of Senior Retoucher, Digital Manager, and Studio Manager during her tenure. Previously she attended the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston as well as the Brooks Institute of Photography, developing her skills in digital imaging and retouching.
