Each of these jewel boxes adds a unique experience and function to enhance sales, atmosphere and organization. These unsung heroes are often key to elevating the guest experience.

Imbued with a strong sense of gathering, we designed .la for Santa Barbara-based to feel welcoming and warm while taking care to preserve the visual connection to its urban location. The design unfolds with a carefully composed residential sensibility and a calming color story inspired by the soft hues of natural pigments.

Custom furnishings that marry supple leathers with textural fabrics are set against wide-plank flooring of rustic character oak that softens the scale of the room and grounds it with natural texture.

At the crossroads of the old world and the new, Picala is a restaurant designed for connection.
