This Friday!! Workout starts at 6 PM, potluck to follow!! Bring friends, bring something to eat, or drink, and celebrate pride at Mindset!! Everyone welcome, regardless of experience!! You don't have to work out, just come have fun!!

This was beautiful. Great job 7am. When you start to turn the workout up, this is the best spot on the planet to give it your all. Morning light. Drizzle outside the tent. Perfect temperature. Looking forward to 9am.

This Friday, July 15th at 8PM we’ll be screening Jaws and grilling the very best burgers, wings, and vegetarian friendly options. This event is to benefit Coach Shirley as she continues her recovery from Leukemia. All proceeds from this event will go to Shirley to help with her medical and recovery costs.
