Your company has a lot to say. Here are two ways your organization can maximize its messaging to resonate with customers.

First: Don’t cram all your value onto a single channel. Ideally, your audience doesn't just hear from you once, so build up your messaging across multiple channels – your website, socials, partner sites, tradeshows, and other in-person and digital touchpoints – so you have multiple opportunities to touch and engage your audiences.

Second: Prioritize your high-impact messages. Focus on the higher-order, emotional benefit that you offer your customers, rather than the specific nuances of how your products or services function. For example, talk about “accelerating business growth”, and then how your “insights-driven platform” enables that. In other words – don’t delete the technology. Just don't make it the marquee.
