Our snowcream is like the love child of ice cream and shaved ice. We freeze blocks made of fresh milk and natural ingredients, then whirl the blocks against a sharp blade that produces a shower of soft, beautifully layered snowcream. If you please, you can add fresh fruits, nuts, or a variety of other toppings—and add a little condensed milk or any of our drizzles.
