He'll be traveling across Australia's Island State, testing out adrenaline-pumping adventures, sampling world-class food and wine, and immersing himself in the brutal history of the Tassie's convict past.

We've left Cradle Mountain in Tasmania's North West - one of the places ill be revisiting next week on 's Great Tassie Instagram Journey.
