This special five-session virtual series invites mental health professionals to rediscover the foundational elements that shape successful therapeutic work.

Presented by five experienced psychotherapists, this program offers a unique blend of didactic learning and personal reflection. Each clinician will share from both sides of the therapeutic experience, highlighting the relational and emotional factors that truly influence growth and healing.

We’re pleased to announce the MBT Basic Training 2026, a 3-day in-person foundational training in Mentalization-Based Treatment.
