How to Make Chicken Soup Rice

Onigiri rice balls or triangles are a Japanese recipe that I love for the simplicity of preparation, because it is a perfect accompaniment to any dish, and because what child is going to resist trying these so funny triangles or balls of rice from the typical Japanese food that can be filled in different ways?

To make onigiri rice, the same process is followed as sushi rice, although it is not seasoned with the sushizu or rice vinegar with sugar that sushi carries. Instead, sometimes the rice is sprinkled with furikake, which is a ground mixture of nori seaweed, katsuobushi, sesame, dehydrated vegetables and monosodium glutamate, for flavor.
