Please be mindful that every donated item needs to get sorted and then redistributed, that requires multiple people doing multiple tasks. Everything is evolving so rapidly so the more people willing to help, the better!!

This post isn’t meant to offend those who want to donate clothing (or other items) but just give a clearer picture of what’s happening on the ground.

For some, they’re just starting out in mutual aid and learning as they go. Other orgs are true to this and still being overwhelmed with the donation support. Just be kind, we’re all trying to help and get resources to those impacted.
