Sorry in advance… your arms and abs will definitely be feeling this one tomorrow.
Grab a pair of dumbbells.
I’m using heavy weights, but choose a weight that challenges you while still allowing you to maintain proper form. (Or do this bodyweight if you’d like.)
Perform each exercise for 1 minute. Rest for 15 seconds in between.
Repeat it 3 times through if you can.
