Found this chuck shoulder roast, and the grain reminded me a lot of a Denver steak. ChatGPT suggested it may cook more like a flat iron, so now I’m wondering—is this basically one giant Denver steak? I bought it, but I haven’t broken it down or cooked it yet. What do you guys think? 🥩🤔🔪

Give me a big, thick-cut cowboy ribeye any day! This two-pound beauty was cooked in a cast-iron skillet, basted with brown butter, and paired with seared spinach and crispy Cajun onions. 🤤🥩🧈

Grilled up this Prime ribeye, but a few technical difficulties caused it to cook a little past our preferred doneness. Thankfully, it was still incredibly juicy and tasted amazing! 🥩🔥😋
