For too long have we let the system keep us disconnected from our bodies but no longer! And to do that, we are ecstatic to announce our first ever Embodied Twerkshop by the amazing team led by and

Come through and ease your hips, your trauma, and your burdens in our Twerkshop
This is more than a dance class — it’s a space for release, expression, and embodiment. We’ll be guiding dancers of all levels through the art of twerking, whining, and letting your body move the way it was meant to. No experience needed — just a willingness to show up and feel.

One of the most revolutionary things we can do is fully inhabit our bodies. To take up space. To express ourselves without apology. We know stepping into sensuality can feel vulnerable — especially in a world that often misunderstands it. That’s why we’re intentionally creating a space rooted in safety, respect, and freedom. Because there is power in sensuality. It expands our capacity for joy and pleasure and creativity.
We’re shaking off capitalism, oppression, and patriarchy — and reconnecting with movement that has deep ancestral roots. It’s not about looking a certain way. This is about transformation through joy, through rhythm, through community.
