LiftLife Foundation

Mullaitivu, a small rural district in Sri Lanka, was severely affected by floods where many homes were destroyed and families were displaced, depriving them of basic essentials like food and habitats.

LiftLife Foundation is humbled to be able to play a small part in making essentials accessible to five families whose homes and belongings were washed away in the devastating floods.

All of it was made possible by the committed coordination of Bgd. Anil Somaweera and the Sri Lankan Army who were dedicated to bring smiles back to these innocent faces.

LiftLife’s mission with our Nourish A Family program is to do our bit to eradicate hunger and to give access to food for the individuals and families in need.

In an effort to make this happen, we recently donated meal and ration packs to our 40+ homeless neighbors and needy families in New York in the hope that a full stomach would take a few of their worries away.
