Thursday, we closed escrow on this great listing of ours near downtown Campbell. I was at the property picking up signs and the lockbox and ended up meeting 1/2 of the buyer couple. It is the cherry on top when your listing gets such nice buyers. They are first time home owners and so happy about their purchase.

And the sprinkles on this sundae? Our seller is thrilled!

A few weeks ago I helped my client close on a $6.5M property. A home for a person.

As to homes for dogs - Two of my fosters just went to new homes this weekend. Next up will be this darling rescue puppy. She is adorable, so finding her a perfect home won't be hard.

Sometimes people inherit a house and need to sell it. Frequently, these inherited homes come with a dog or cat. With a signed listing agreement, I will take that animal, regardless of age and will get it medically taken care of and find it a good home.
I love being able to do both my passions on one deal!

In the last 5 days, there are 71 properties in Santa Clara that went under contract. 21 of these were purchased prior to being on the market.

How do these off market purchases happen? Since we can't have open houses or even private showings anymore, many listings are being held off the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) until the shelter in place order is over. Meanwhile, these properties are advertised as available off market or with Coming Soon signs. Desirable properties are being snatched up by eager buyers.
