A New Chapter—But I’m Still Here
To my amazing BodyFit Nutrition family:
For the past 8 years, we’ve shared a journey of clean eating, high-protein treats, sugar-free baking, and staying strong—together.
While I’m taking a small step back from baking due to rising costs and ingredient challenges, I’m not going anywhere. I’m still here for you, still cheering you on (you will still see us at some competitions), and still creating—with just a new focus.

This new space is filled with handcrafted candles, custom gifts, and heartfelt keepsakes—designed to celebrate life’s special moments and bring beauty into everyday living. I’ll be sharing my creative journey here: the wins, the experiments, and even the “oops” moments.
