Dog Poop Initiative

Morning walk and Trash Pickup ---- # I'm on day 21 of the 75 Hard challenge, and this morning I'm combining my workout with a trash cleanup walk. Starting with one bag, I quickly fill it and find a second bag placed in my path, which I see as an invitation from the universe to do more. Within 22 and a half minutes, I've collected two full bags of litter from my neighborhood. I reflect on how we all have the opportunity to be leaders and make a difference in the world through simple actions like picking up trash, rather than waiting for someone else to do it.
