Once we take in a stray, we will hold for 72 hours before vetting. We always attempt to locate owners. Regard4Life is an IRS recognized 501c3 non-profit and tax exempt organization. We are a group of fosters committed to the rescue of dogs and cats in East Texas. Our adoption events are at PetSmart in Longview, TX on the second Saturday of every month from 10:00am until 2:00pm. Good Morning, Everyone! We are launching our raffle today, the raffle will be for a 36” BlackStone Griddle and Deluxe Toolkit; we will be at PetSmart on Eastman Road in Longview until 2pm today if you would like to come by and buy a ticket or apply for one of our fosters.
