Bicoastal Longview radio stations may solicit entries for various contests. When mailed or dropped off entries are required, they must be received at the Bicoastal Media offices, 1130 14th Avenue, Longview WA 98632. Faxed entries must be received at 360-423-1554. Emailed entries must be received at the address specified for a given contest. Bicoastal Media does not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or illegible entries. Winners names will be announced according to the specific contest end date. Entrants must be 18 years or older. Only one winner per household. No purchase is necessary. Contests will be identified through promotional announcements, website articles, email notifications, social networking sites, and/or live broadcast on any of the following stations: KLYK, KRQT, KPPK, KBAM and KEDO. Winners will be selected from all correctly completed entries via a random drawing or per live contest instructions. Employees of Bicoastal Media, contest sponsors, their representatives and their families or households are ineligible to win. Past employees and employees of other media outlets are also ineligible to win. All contest entries become the property of Bicoastal Media. All contestants acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that Bicoastal Media has the right to publicize, and/or broadcast his/her name, character, likeness or voice, including phone calls made to the studio. Winners understand and agree that they are responsible for any/all taxes incurred on prizes received. In the event a winner chooses not to accept the prize offered or does not pick up a prize within two weeks of issue, they will forfeit any and all claims to the prize, which can then be awarded to another entrant at the discretion of Bicoastal Media. Prizes must be picked up at the Bicoastal Media offices during regular business hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Personal identification and a signature acknowledging prize receipt will be required. Odds of winning depend on the number of qualified entries or calls received. Winners must wait two weeks before winning again.
