Our biggest UV print yet!
We finally pushed our EufyMake E1 to something much larger... and wow. đ¤Ż
This piece was printed directly onto a metal blank, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The colors are vibrant, the detail is incredible, and it almost looks like a painted canvas until you get up close.
A huge thank you to Cheryl from My Crafty Lady here in Historic Downtown Longview. She found these metal blanks at Goodwill for her laser engraving projects and was kind enough to let me experiment with one. Needless to say... I think the experiment was a success!
The artwork is inspired by the beauty of our Pacific Northwestâtowering snow-covered volcanoes, evergreen forests, mist-filled valleys, and peaceful rivers that remind us why we love calling this area home.
Every day we're discovering another material the E1 can print on, and every day we're a little more amazed by what this machine can do.
What do you think? Is this something you'd hang in your home or cabin?

Another week, another project... and this one has us hooked. đĄ
Over the last few days, we've been experimenting with custom LED light boxes using our new EufyMake E1 UV printer, and I have to admit... these things are awesome.
Coming from the 3D printing world, I expected them to be a lot more complicated. Instead, they're faster to produce, incredibly vibrant, and the colors absolutely pop. The UV printing on PETG creates a crisp, professional look that's hard to capture in photosâbut trust me, they're even better in person.
Every light box starts with us 3D printing the frame and back, then we print directly onto a sheet of PETG with the E1 before assembling everything into a finished piece. Like everything else we've been learning with this machine, each one gets a little better as we dial in the settings.
The best part? The ladies in our shop saw the first one and immediately wanted their own! Cheryl's was a surprise, and as soon as Karen saw it, she said, "I need one too!" đ
From Dungeon Crawler Carl, to custom business signs, fan art, personalized gifts, nursery dĂŠcor, family photos, gaming rooms, holiday decorations, or your own business logo... the possibilities are endless.
This is exactly why we're called 4M3D Printing & More. We're always looking for new ways to create unique, high-quality products that you won't find just anywhere.
If you're in Historic Downtown Longview, Washington, stop by and see what we've been working on! We'd love to show you these in person. If you're not local, don't worryâwe can still create a custom light box just for you and ship it your way.
As always, thank you to everyone following along on our journey. Watching our little family business grow from "just 3D printing" into something so much more has been an incredible experience, and we're just getting started.

Day 4 of learning and dialing in the EufyMake E1 UV printer, and hands down⌠this thing rocks.
Weâre still learning the ins and outs â alignment, color, placement, different surfaces, different designs â but honestly, this machine has been amazing right out of the box. It has been so much fun to use.
I keep catching myself trying to get all the 3D printers loaded, cleaned up, and running as fast as possible just so I can sneak back over and play with the new toy. đ If anything, it has actually made me more productive because Iâm racing to get everything else done.
These challenge coins are some of the first things weâve been testing, and we are loving how theyâre turning out. The detail, color, and overall look have been awesome.
We are now taking custom UV print orders for all kinds of items and ideas. Challenge coins are just the beginning.
These would be great for:
Custom events
Birthdays
Motorcycle clubs
Business promos
Memorial pieces
Military-inspired coins
Best man / groomsmen coins
Special occasions
Inside jokes and novelty designs
Come check out what weâre working on and let us know if you have an idea youâd like brought to life.
As always, thank you all for the support and for following along while we keep learning, testing, and adding new things here at 4M3D Printing & More.

More from our EufyMake E1 UV printer journey!
This time, we decided to experiment with coins and chipsâand, as usual, we tried a little bit of everything!
First, we created several AI-generated AA- and NA-inspired recovery designs and printed them in a raised relief style. We tested everything from the traditional recovery triangle to a five-year milestone coin and a full-color phoenix rising from the ashes. The amount of detail, texture, and color the E1 was able to produce on these small coins really surprised us.
Next, we took a design that a customer had previously asked us to 3D print and decided to try it on a coin as well. It was a great way to see how a design made for one type of project could be transformed into something completely different.
Then we started testing some Army and Air Force challenge-coin concepts for Joint Base Lewis-McChord. These were mainly about experimenting with detailed artwork, small lettering, color, and different raised effects to see just how far we could push the machine.
Last but not least, we needed coupons for an upcoming event and thought, âWhy hand out regular paper coupons when we can make something cooler?â We 3D printed plain poker-style chips and then UV printed directly over them. One side has our logo, and the other gives customers 10% off a purchase at 4M3D Printing & More. They turned out pretty awesomeâand theyâre something people may actually keep instead of throwing away!
Metal coins, recovery medallions, challenge coins, 3D-printed promotional chipsâweâre trying this machine on just about everything we can think of.
The â& Moreâ part of 4M3D Printing & More just keeps getting bigger!
