Coaching Tip Tuesday:

Physical skills matter in pickleball, but the biggest battle often happens between your ears. 🧠

Ever notice how you can hit a shot perfectly in practice, then miss it in a game? Or how one bad point can turn into three or four? That’s not a paddle problem…it’s a mental game problem.

The players who improve the fastest aren’t always the most talented. They’re the ones who learn how to manage pressure, let go of mistakes, trust their training, and stay confident when the score gets tight.

Instead of saying sorry, say “I’m going to get the next one”. Learning when to slow down, reset, stay positive, and focus on the next point can be the difference between winning and watching opportunities slip away.
