Longview PAWS

173 animals currently in the Longview Animal Care and Adoption Center shelter’s care. Take a minute to think about how overwhelming and exhausting of a task it is to care for that many animals everyday. And the intakes have not stopped. . Close to 500 animals in May alone. Adoption fees start at $50 with an approved application and include spay/neuter, microchip and vaccines.

MAY has been REALLY HARD!! Intakes haven’t stopped. We need adopters. We need owners to take responsibility. We need our community to step up.

Last night, we had our 10th weekly drawing for our QUEEN of HEARTS RAFFLE: Paws, Claws & Playing Cards at McCann St. Bar & Grilll!! SO FUN- good food, good friends, good cause!!

Teddy was our Winner. He picked Envelope 30 and turned the 3 of ♣️. He didn’t find the Queen-- she's still hiding.

Our 60/40 JACKPOT keeps building- it's now $2840. Keep buying those $1 tickets for your chance to flip the Queen of ❤️. Each week we start the hopper over.
