The freeze will be here before you know it.
Please make sure to take every precaution you can to help prevent any busted pipes and damage to your home.
Keep water flowing at a decent rate, make sure hot is flowing faster than the cold, believe it or not, hot water does freeze faster.
If you have water lines above your garage, chances are they are not insulated or protected. Wrap them in towels, if possible ( and safe ) , a space heater in that area could help as well.
Any fixture on the exterior walls along with hose bibs are more susceptible to the freeze. Do not run a hose bib, just cover it and keep it protected. Run water on exterior walls a little heavier than anything protected within.
