Mrs. Swallow's Intro to Engineering Design class has been busy! They recently completed their castle project. The teams of students designed and 3D modeled their own medieval castles.

Mrs. Swallow's juniors recently completed their semester long research project on a type of Engineering of their choice. They researched education, job duties, interviewed an engineer in their chosen field, and what it took to actually become that engineer, in order to see if that type of engineer suited their future.

Mrs. Swallow’s IED classes are at it again with another problem solving challenge! Students were tasked to make the tallest freestanding tower that they could with limited supplies and a limited time frame! Check out the process below!

On this Sunday, students in Mrs. Swallow’s class, students researched an invention too see how it has been innovated throughout time since its invention. They then designed a presentation to present it to the class. This was the first of many projects for them! Stay tuned for more !
