A few more spots left to fill for the summer starting next week. (AGES 12+)

All athletes will be small group (2-4 athletes) with similar age, goals & experience.
I can still fit 1-2 more athletes in a group if the time slot has an ❌ depending on age, sport & preferred times.. so don’t be afraid to ask.
10am Slot is open for general fitness client only. Boot camp classes are at 10am in the gym so space will not be available for athletic performance.
11am Mondays & Wednesdays I’m taking all college baseball guys. There are already 4 in the group. I have plenty of space for more.
College football guys, please contact me!
I’m open to doing speed/skill work at the track or on field Saturday mornings. Message me personally to schedule a those.
If you cannot find a slot with me, there are other trainers I can appoint you to — also I have online & hybrid training options available.
