Sunbird Barbecue

Thursday means loaded quesadilla day! Grab one with your choice of meat, onions, jalapeños, melted cheese, and a side of our creamy green sauce. We’ll also have plenty of barbecue and fresh mac and cheese ready when we open at 11 AM!

A quick reminder about call-in orders: our preorder window is 8:00 AM–10:30 AM. Just give us a call, place your order, and let us know what time you’d like to pick it up. This helps us get everything ready for you and makes pickup quick and easy.

Once we open for lunch, we’re focused on taking care of the line in front of us, so we’re not always able to answer the phone. If you call after 11, we appreciate you checking our social media for the day’s specials and our menu first they’re always posted there and can also be found with a quick Google search.

If you’re calling about catering, we’re happy to help during the preorder window or after 1 PM, once the lunch rush slows down.

Following these guidelines helps us serve everyone as efficiently as possible, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support. We can’t wait to see y’all at 11 AM!

P.S. We’ll be closed on July 4th to spend the holiday with our families, so be sure to stop by Thursday or Friday and stock up before the long weekend!

We’re wrapping up the week with Cherry Cola Pork Belly Burnt Ends! It’s been a while since these have made the special board, and they never last long!

We’ll have plenty of barbecue ready when the doors open at 11 AM, plus everyone’s favorite mac and cheese. Remember, no call in orders on Saturdays, so get here early before the burnt ends are gone!
