Project Managers/Sales

No experience required! Your character is more important to us than your experience level. Willing to train you from start to finish.

We are looking to add to our team, and we are looking for the right person/people that fit. We are a family based type of company that prioritizes customer service and the highest quality work. Therefore, a great attitude and work ethic is mandatory! This position can be filled by anyone from a college student to someone just looking for a career change. Part time is also an option if you would like just something extra to do on the side.

Pay is commission, plus bonus incentives. We offer (in our opinion) the most competitive commission structure around, with draws being available. Your yearly dollar amount all depends on YOU.

Job duties will be discussed at interview.

REQUIREMENTS:

- be goal oriented
- have a strong work ethic and not be lazy
- have your own reliable transportation to show up on time
- not be afraid of heights(one story, low slope roofs. Assistance will be provided for anything steep and or 2 story etc.)
- not be afraid to talk to people
- be coachable and willing to learn
- maintain a clean and professional appearance and keep your britches pulled up
