The 12th Annual Best Preps Awards Ceremony was held tonight at the Maude Cobb Convention Center. This event honors area athletes for not only their athletic accomplishments but also their achievements in the classroom and in the community.

Congratulations to these Pirates who won in their respective category.
Boys Golfer of the Year, Stephen Harris, Cheerleader of the Year, Jasmine Byrd and the Kilgore College Award for Outstanding Achievement Academics, Viktoria Roudkovski.
