The Texas Water Development Board approved the 2026 Regional Water Plans at its January meeting, marking an important milestone in long-term water planning for our state.

Hayes Engineering is proud to have served on the consultant team for Region D for this effort for the sixth consecutive five-year regional water plan. We are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with our clients, partners, and friends on a project of such significance.

Our team was at the City of Scottsville, conducting smoke testing on the city’s sewer lines.

This crucial process helps identify potential issues by locating leaks in the system to help minimize operational costs and ensure the community’s infrastructure is reliable.
