10% don't like you and don't want to see you succeed
80% have no clue what's going on and may not even care

Harsh facts, but so true! I know that personally. But tonight, I want to share about the 10% who want to see my son succeed!!

Tonight, my son learned that his hard work and perseverance paid off!!! After another amazing weekend with his Order of the Arrow Ordeal, he came home to complete is Board of Review and Scout Master Conference.....what does all that mean you might ask? Well, he has now earned the STAR ⭐️ rank and now has the possibility to actually make it to Eagle Scout!!

What am I sharing this?!?! Because not 4 wks ago he lost hope and was ready to give up...on HIS goal of Eagle Scout. But because of the people who have surrounded him and encouraged him.....he's now tracking to actually succeed!!!

So grateful for the leaders of Troop 899 -Scouting America Adam Riedel Michelle Malcolm and our friends and family Heather Phillips Joey F Phillips Lance O'Connor Royce Herron Karin Leonard for loving, caring, supporting, encouraging, listening, and challenging him to push through!!!
