Effective Immediately, The Trump Administration has raised the federal age to purchase to***co products from 18 to 21 years old. This law applies to all to***co products, including e-ci******es.

We have seen mixed reports of this law going into effect next April as well as currently. After calling the FDA for clarification today we were informed that this law is to be effective IMMEDIATELY. Meaning that is now illegal for us to serve any of our customers who were previously legal va**rs (aged 18-20) - That being said, iV**e, will always comply with local and federal laws and from this point will only be selling products to persons 21 years of age or older.

Anyone selling to***co products to people between the ages of 18 and 20 are now in violation of Federal regulation according to our phone conversation with the FDA.

We will also be increasing the Age restrictions of our social media platforms form 18+ to 21+ in the next week.

We apologize for anyone this affects negatively.

When the FDA publishes further clarification on whether or not current 18 y/o may be grandfathered we will update this in accordance with the law, but until then, we will comply with all current guidelines, which is 21+ only.
