Today my clients were:
~ 1 woman in Denver who was singing a Trevor Hall song an octave higher, and I taught her breath support.
~ 2 cats (Rover)
~ 1 man in Boulder who was singing a Blink 182 Song, and needed help with his lower range, and enunciation
~ 1 business man in Iowa who is prepping for a presentation, and we worked on him betting more in his body to speak with self-trust and authority.
This was a full day.
I am grateful.

Your voice is needed now more than ever 💙.
And I’m not (only) talking about activism. I’m speaking to the fullness of your expression—what you truly desire at the level of the heart and soul.
When we live from that place, we can actually help the world more. We’re more nourished, more whole, and can offer our gifts in ways that heal, rather than shout from depletion- which I’m finding can be part of the process of the world at large right now.
