As we head into we are carrying some nice momentum.
This past weekend raced the Dirty Sheets Gravel Grinder taking the win, but more impressively went pull for pull with leaders of the men’s race. She covered all the attacks and finished second to a flying James Toori in a 2up sprint for the win! Lauren is on form ready to improve on her 5th place finish at Big Sugar last year.
Meanwhile, just North in Vermont took the win in the epic event. This was a two day race combining a gnarly East Coast hard core gravel race with a gnarly East Coast gnarly hard core MTB race. Paige has been training hard and is preparing for a shot at the 12 hour TT championships in November.
Awesome riding guys!

Beautiful ex*****on for today winning her second and taking the 6th stop of the (her first LTGP victory!)
Lauren hit with perfection each of the race strategy targets that the team created for her to follow in the Race Open, Race Flow, and Race Close.
The targets were to make the selection by positioning at the front in the Race Open. When she made the selection of four I’m the lead group to not work much in the Race Flow and focus on eating and drinking. Then her Race Close started early as the big climb was just over halfway. She executed the Knockout Play, which is a combination of different length surges to gap Alexis. Then, also in the race close, she rode her Medium Zone (2 mmol of lactate) solo all the way to the to the finish. Every short climb she would do Low Threshold and then back to Medium.
Lauren also crushed her nutrition strategy eating one .second get every 20 mins for the 6 hour race.
Lauren’s teammates rode awesome as well with riding to a super strong and LTGP PR of 13th and .wre rode strongly while fighting off illness to a respectable 22nd.
Congratulations to who ran the show this weekend and came away with her first win! She is such an incredible coach and person, we are all blessed to have her part of our CINCH family.
getting the winning 📸 as well!

This year’s delivered lots of adversity and testing moments for us as a team.
But we are not defined by our results, rather with the action that we take from them.
Two time winner and defending champion was dealt with a tough blow finding herself outside of the top ten and many groups back after the first hour of racing. She was able to mount a strong chase and regain the fight for the overall in the second hour of racing and join the second group of women on the “road.” Unfortunately she hit a large rock while grabbing her water bottle and slashed her tire. This put her more than 20 minutes back and ending her shot at victory. She didn’t give up and when she finally got her tube in and riding she put a winning chase to come in 7th at the line, moving from 30th to 7th in the second half of the race! Wow.
Just behind her .wre rode her best SBT positioning well in the start and then pacing her effort staying in her zones to finish a fantastic 15th in an insane field.
rode awesome as she is still finding her peloton and descending comfort finishing an excellent 22nd while rocked it from sea level finishing strongly in 33rd.
put together another excellent race returning from illness to finish 72nd in a world class field!!!
Congratulations team and let’s learn, reset, regroup, and get ready to rock Nationals in three weeks!
Progress over perfection, ALL IN!
