heartbroken about myrtle

there's so much wrong with this little old lady.

labs came back today. everything is wrong and she's suffering. we have to say goodbye after work.

Fam - we need help. Yesterday's diagnostics were $1000+. We only paid $500 of that yesterday, out of the Matron's wallet.

Today we are going to need some support with helping Myrtle cross the rainbow bridge.

When my sister and I were kids, we had a tortoise named Myrtle, who was old and frail. This hot mess of a girl was so awkward and sloppy eating wet food this morning, it reminded me of our tortoise when she ate bananas, awkward and slow, with great enthusiasm and an ever greater mess.

So, like our childhood tortoise rescued from the middle of an intersection by our mom when we were kids - so this kitty rescued from the street becomes Myrtle.

Primary was able to squeeze us in.

I thought she had a stroke in the wee hours of the morning and that we were going to lose her but she kind of rallied by the time Primary opened.

We have no idea what the day will hold. Please send good vibes for Myrtle.
