🇵🇪 Taste Perú returns this June for its highly anticipated third edition.

Following two successful editions celebrating and supporting the world-renowned excellence of Peruvian cuisine, recognized by leading institutions including the Michelin Guide, The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, and the James Beard Awards, Affluent Hispanic Philanthropies is proud to present the Third Edition of Taste Perú in celebration of National Peruvian Ceviche Day.

This special initiative honors Peru’s iconic national dish, ceviche, celebrated every June 28 and recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Taste Perú is part of our ongoing mission through the Chefs in Philanthropy Program, supporting culinary heritage, community engagement, and philanthropic impact.
