I’m sure you’re concerned about coronavirus (COVID-19). Please note, my office is open and I’m seeing patients at this time. To ensure your health and safety:

• Call my office FIRST at (562)595-6050 IF you have:
o Any upper respiratory symptoms, body aches, fever
o AND high risk exposure to COVID-19 (travel abroad to an affected country OR direct contact with an infected person within the last two weeks)

• My office staff and I wipe all surfaces touched by patients after each encounter with effective coronavirus-killing disinfectants. Additionally, my staff disinfects all waiting room surfaces, including chairs, check-in window, k***s, pens, waiting room table, bathroom keys, water bottle k***s, etc, multiple times a day. Moreover, my staff and I wash our hands for over 20 seconds after each patient encounter, we wear gloves and mask when necessary.

• Try not to stress out. Anxiety only weakens your immune system. Try to exercise and enjoy fresh air to the extent that you can (home gym exercises or walking/running outdoors).

• If you have more free time than usual, spend it with family and friends. It is a time for all of us to take good care of ourselves and check on our neighbors.
