Summer of 2001 I slept off and on a bus and toured the country with most of all the now famous black comedians y'all watch on Netflix . When the summer ended , I realized the correct equation of how I need to live my life for a high quality of healthy living . I had to change the scenery (f🤎ck Hollywood 😂 , I honestly would not be alive if I stayed in that world )

I have been on tour for the last 6 years straight serving wellness to our youth .

I have taken Pilates at so I know that class with Brandy will be uplifting and self - care filled . Sunday MAY 19th 2024 .
