The Aqua CSO is a separate 501c (7) non-profit corporation that is dependent upon community enhancement fees (CEFs') which are a one-time fee (one quarter of 1% of the purchase price of the home) that is collected each time a home is sold (new sale or re-sale) as the primary source of revenue for its operations rather than Homeowner Association fees.
