Freeman PC Museum

I had to pass on the celebration at the Computer History Museum yesterday. Not everyone was a winner when they jumped into the PC World back in the early days. This was our effort that failed due to our manufacturer in Taiwan (Mitac) shipping direct to us several thousand at a time and waking up one day and discoverd I could buy the same computer from Mitac USA for almost 50% cheaper....weird times for sure but blessed with so many good memories and people!

1976 Columbia Data Products created first knock-off of the IBM PC, it founded by William Diaz in Columbia, Maryland. In 1980, Columbia Data Products made some Z80-based computers, most notably their Commander 900 series, which had several models, some of which were multiprocessors and had graphics capabilities. I made several visits to their facility during those days! Just added this one to eBay!
