Long Beach CA Support, Education, Prevention - Assist stroke survivors & family in optimizing the quality of their lives & health A non-profit formed in 1980, Stroke Support Association's mission: Empowering stroke survivors and their families with resources to recover, reclaim, and rebuild their lives. We hold weekly in-person support group meetings in Long Beach and online for stroke survivors and separately with family caregivers.
