The grind doesn’t stop. 🖐🏼

I know a girl whose one goal was to visit Rome
Then she finally got to Rome
And all she did was post pictures for people at home
'Cause all that mattered was impressin' everybody she's known

Croatia. I’m speechless and don’t know what to say but I’m extremely proud of my country. We have been a country for 26 years now and we have achieved a lot in football. In 1998 we made it to the semi finals, we had decent runs in the euros, and now we had our best performance in this World Cup. Today’s loss was a very tough one. There was no doubt in my mind that we were going to win today’s match. Things didn’t go away but it’s OK. The final whistle blew and nothing but tears of happiness or running down my cheeks. I wasn’t disappointed I wasn’t mad. But I’m happy for what we did. I wish my grandma was here to experience this with me. It’s been 15 years since she’s passed away. And I know she would’ve been proud of Croatia but I know she’s watching from above cheering on with her checkered jersey. We will leave this tournament with our heads up high and ready for the Euros. Thank you Croatia for a fantastic tournament. 🇭🇷❤️
