Doug Otto is Vice President of the Long Beach Unified School District Board of Education and is serving his first term on the School Board representing District 4.

Doug is running for re-election to keep Long Beach Unified in the forefront of California’s and America’s school districts and to protect the vital pathway to future success that LBUSD provides the students in our community.

Doug Otto will continue to focus on improved student outcomes. He will work to close the achievement gap so that ALL students are able to succeed.

Focus on state and local investment in education so that LBUSD has the resources to support teachers and students.
